Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the ScoreCard OS website and service (the "Service") operated by Real Estate OS ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ScoreCard OS is a real estate KPI dashboard and reporting tool that connects to your CRM to track team performance metrics. The Service includes:

• Automated data synchronization from your CRM
• Performance dashboards and scorecards
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Goal tracking and coaching tools

3. Subscription and Billing

ScoreCard OS is offered as a monthly subscription service at $20 per month. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method monthly
• Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled
• You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard
• No refunds for partial months

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. CRM Data Access

To provide the Service, we require access to your CRM data. By connecting your CRM:

• You grant us permission to read and process your CRM data
• We only access data necessary for performance tracking
• You retain ownership of your data
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Estate OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily disrupts access.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
